梅隴鎮會所 Mellon Town Now Club 此一空間是設計師的新作，除了建筑外殼之外，內部所有樓層及空間均由設計師一手規劃，堪稱為建筑與室內設計各半的大膽嘗試。梅隴鎮會所的出現，打破了人們對住宅會所的慣性期望。 「設計風格」不再是風格，取而代之的是設計規劃者突出的品味匯集。 以幻影說故事 原本建筑空間是面積400㎡、凈高12米的金黃色玻璃空盒子。設計師著手規劃之初便摒棄了常規，以搭積木般豐富空間想像力，貫穿整個會所的機能布局，同時融入數位及科幻主題，使其充滿電影般的張力。夕陽黃昏時刻，由四面八方而來的光影，融合了會所空間和裝飾，光與影的輪廓，或明或暗，均顯得份外深刻動人。 一樓尤其是以黑色為主色調的下沉式咖啡酒吧區，當燈光聚焦于巨型黑色絨毛沙發上投影出重疊幻化的光影，配合著反射近百片鏡面玻璃折射的日光，幻想而來的詩意，有時更讓人想像連篇。 White & Black 高達三層的巨型玻璃窗，放下巨幅窗簾時，讓人想起歐式殿堂里一樣宏麗的帷幕。帷幕烘托著整個會所，空間里彌漫著最是永恒的白與黑，白色的大量體造型夸張地纏繞著黑灰色的幾何線性，橫切、豎挺、斜叉、穿行著，無時無刻不充滿著藝術感的建筑語言，充分體現了設計者的個性追求。 白色潤滑的圓環仿石接待臺，白得如此的徹底，卻凝聚著多少精雕細琢;傳訊囊里12個太空艙的空間，極白的艙殼對應著黑色內艙，讓人盡情享受網游的刺激。音樂創作電影廳，橢圓狀的空間，就如時光隧道進入了黑夜時刻，神秘地讓你迷醉，這讓人不由想起王家衛以及電影《2046》。 Speak for Itself 空間機能布局上，設計師將常規的平面軸線，大膽地設計為立體垂直軸線，巧妙地將距離會所入口最遠端的空間，往上如推積木似堆砌出休閑咖啡區、健身房、擊劍室、乒乓球室等四層空間，在平面方向則交錯著閱覽室和一二層衛生間、更衣間，最出乎想像力的是從二層樓板貫穿至頂層天花的斜面灰黑色攀巖墻，將所有的空間串聯起來。所有的空間融合在一起就如一張巨大的立體地圖，詮釋著富有建筑語言的獨特設計。 微型城市 位于會所的三樓空間則是理想的聚會場所。右側的創意廚房內，可自由揮灑廚藝。之后再將美味延續于毗鄰的戶外燒烤區。或者，也可經由一圓形旋轉門，步入神秘的音樂電影廳，感受震撼的視覺沖擊。另外，右方的棋牌室、瑜珈區、擁有長達8米立墻書架的閱覽區，無論動或靜，在此皆可獲取所需。 在追求藝術和美感同時，最讓人自豪的是卻從未忘卻肩負的責任：提供使用者多少實質性的東西。有限的空間里，我們有幸能將包括中庭大堂、雙層傳訊囊、休閑咖啡區、商務中心、健身房、攀巖區、擊劍室、乒乓球室、閱覽區、瑜珈室、音樂影院廳、四間棋牌室、創意廚房以及戶外燒烤區等近十多種功能提供給使用者，同時也如實地代言著梅隴鎮的品質和追求。文」韋邦慧 Mellon Town Now Club AMellon Town is a residential development target for young prospective buyers who were born in the 80s. This group of people might have just start working for couple years. They are energetic, welcome new ideas but not well off. The first floor of this private club is first served as a selling and exhibition area and will change back to seating area after sales period. THREE DIMENSIONAL MAP We started this project from a bare shell. We carved out volumes within this 12-meter high box and created different shape of floor plate in different levels that promote visual interaction. Visitors no longer need a floor guide for this club house because architecturally this club house is already a three dimensional map because right when visitors arrive the club, they can see where the activities are. Through the slots, the floor opening and even transparent floor, all the areas cry out for their presence and are very inviting. The dynamic interlacing space initiated from the gymnasium. The gymnasium is interlacing with the pure white blocky fencing room. This floating elongated fencing room is right across the middle of the gymnasium and formed the ceiling of the gymnasium. The fencing room protruded out from the full height glass overlooking the lobby area wanting every visitor to notice its presence. Inside the gymnasium, through a slanted opening, there is a dramatic rock climbing area with 9.1 meter ceiling height. The result is a continuous sequence of surprises. Passing a short staircase, the reading area is embracing the table tennis room and has a strong interplay of enclosed and enclosure. Even the main staircase is not a standard one. The two landings do not fall on the same vertical grid. The top cap of the railing flies away above the exhibition area and turns back with digital panel on the bottom. This top cap returned with intrigued curves and form the railing for the second floor. In the digizone, visitors can play internet games in the spherical white seating. The illusion comes from the transparent glass floor and the mirror and green lighting on the wall. This kinetic experience is promoting a lively setting no matter there is visitor or not. Practically, the flexibility use different level of floor plates maximized the usage of the whole 12 meter volume. We gained the unneeded ceiling height of changing room and rest room and built a double ceiling height gymnasium. For the bar in on the ground level, we propose our client to dig into the ground for more headroom. There are feature mirror finished louvers along the perimeter of the bar. When sunset light washed over the hundred pieces of glittering louvers, it cast long shadows in the bar area and on the user. Oversize sofa and the twisted bar counter that its side slightly off the floor form the gathering point of the club. Club is about activity and the space should be dynamic. The streamline reception counter is visually light and promotes a floating feeling. This showpiece like reception desk is in round shape because round shape suggesting connection to all directions. Connections are not only visual but also physical . The green slanted sun shade panel started from the table tennis room, wrapped around the reading area and stretched through the glass wall of the creative kitchen and terminates as an oblique hood above the cooking counter. There is a door in the shape of perfect circle connecting the creative kitchen and the karaoke room. Behind this round spinning door, visitors found an oval shape tunnel-like karaoke room. The entire room is covered by black leather panels and is suggesting visitors to take off their shoes and be totally relaxed.
